Erin Richards, Founder/Director

Helping seniors to stay in their own home has been a passion of Erin's for many years. She has been actively working with seniors for 20 years. Being a Therapeutic Recreation Director in local nursing homes was a great learning experience. Watching seniors on discharge and sensing there worries of being at home alone got Erin thinking of starting a companion agency. With a little help and forming friendships that took away the loneliness the seniors were able to confidently stay in their home. Elders who have the desire to stay in their own home should be given this opportunity. It is very rewarding seeing this process work and watching those continue to enjoy their life.
